About the Founder
Floyd Mautle is a PhD researcher in Geology at the University of Western Ontario whose work spans micro‑scale impact textures, geochemical interpretation, and field‑based inquiry. He enjoys bridging rigorous analytical techniques with clear, visual recommendations that help non‑specialists move faster with less risk.
Floyd founded GeoCritical Consulting to serve teams who need trustworthy, concise insights on critical minerals without wading through hundreds of pages of reports. Prior training includes MSc Applied Geology (Magna Cum Laude), BSc Hons Geology, and BSc Geochemistry.
